Come join us in the best place to heal your mind, body and spirit through movement, music and flow. The Cosmic Dance is a special event that brings music, movement and mindfulness into a safe environment to be free with all of your being. To get back into the natural flow of your mind, body and spirit. To harness your full potential with like minded people and to move that energy in the direction of your choosing. All are welcome to come move, shake, dance, jump, howl and flow with the music, but all who come must respect the space and the beings moving within it. This is not a club or a bar scene, but it is a place for healing, for moving, for channeling, for presence, for liberation, for sanity, for releasing, for peace of mind.
