We all have patterns in our thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve us. In this 1-hour workshop we will explore ways to identify and revise these patterns, and build helpful practices such as self-compassion and self-care.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
