Building Maintenance Tech Position

Orthopedic office seeking a building maintenance person with 1 year experience preferable. Routine duties include but not limited to, conducting routine premises inspections, painting and touch ups, light bulb replacement, furniture assembly, outside groundwork, pressure washing, mechanical skills, drywall repair, basic electrical and plumbing a plus. This is a Monday through Friday day position and we offer an excellent benefits package. Must be very dependable, with the ability to operate power tools, lift weights of at least 50lbs, take directions, learn new skills, and be able to communication well.
