Please join us for our annual dinner with the Mayor of Sacramento, Darrell Steinberg along with Friends, Supervisor Serna and Chet Hewitt.
In 2001, RFDC started with 13 kids enrolled in their afterschool program. Today, they have grown to serve over 700 students annually. With additional services provided to families and community residents, they touch the lives of over 2500 people each year. To get where they are today, it took Dedication, Faith, Focus and Resilience. Similar to what we, as a nation, have gone through over the past two years. The theme of this year’s dinner centers around Perseverance. RFDC is persevering through the storm, and together, we are getting through this pandemic, just as our nation is.
On March 21st, we will celebrate what makes RFDC so special, standing the test of time and continuing to motivate and encourage children and youth. RFDC’s children and families have been successful because of the foundation of community and friendships RFDC has built over the past twenty-one years, and you are part of that foundation.
