Girls' confidence peaks at 9 in America. And girls start dropping out of their lives at 13. This IWD, let's smash that stat with MOXIE! Celebrate International Women's Day and Women's History Month at Dubuque's favorite women-owned bookstore with a POP-UP POWER STATION. POP-UP POWERstation is brought to you by Dubuquer, Auntie, Author, and Girl Influencer Kristi Hemmer, M.Ed. The POWERstation is drop in and out style. Come with your favorite daughter, niece, girl (seven to one hundred) and... *understand the power of not quitting on yourself. *make a MOXIE pin to remind you of your power, possible, and POW! *connect with your favorite girl/adult. Moms, Aunties, Coaches, Dads, Uncles are welcome with their favorite girl too. (Note: activity will last about 10-15 minutes from 3-5pm). There will be a free Discussion Guide that goes with Kristi's book Quit Being So Good to keep the conversation going.
