The property has hundreds of Palm Trees, many tropical bushes to create a tropical feel throughout most of the property. Property also has 15 avocados, 20 citrus trees. There will be opportunities to work with other employees now and then on remodels around the property and help out at a cabinet shop, mainly weekends cleaning and repairing. Once a year lead a weed Wacker team on vacant property in Malibu. You will start working with the current care taker of 26 years until he retires.
