(Over a certain weight we use a lift system.) Works comfortably in all Arizona weather Treats clients and their homes with respect Gets along well with co-workers. (Has no drama at work.) Has dependable vehicle, updated cell phone that texts, basic hand tools, and tool belt Installs products with utmost care and minimum of mess inside and outside client’s home Pay based on experience. Accident Insurance 100% paid. (No health care insurance at this time but we are working on it.) Weekly direct deposit paycheck. 5 days accrued paid time off. Paid Holidays. No weekends.
