FRIENDSHIP GOLF OUTING #10 On Saturday, March 19, 2022, we will return to Irvine to play Rancho San Joaquin, Irvine’s first public golf course. Set along a coastal inlet with four different lakes as a backdrop, it is home to some of South Orange County’s finest and most challenging greens. Designed by William Francis Bell, Rancho San Joaquin opened in 1964. The tournament will be set up in two flights, A and B. Based on 28 players*, cash prizes will be awarded as follows: - Two "Closest-to-the-Pin" contests (F9/B9) - $10 each - Flight winners (two flights) will receive: - 1st place $30 - 2nd place $20 - 3rd place $10 *Prize payout will be adjusted for player count. This is an independent outing not associated with any other club. As such, players will assume the registration fee associated with purchasing a ticket.
