Your instructor Sonya Weiser Souza has over 20years exerpience as a Sports Massage, Myofascial Release Therapist, and Fitness Coach specializing in women’s fitness, open water swimming, diving, cycling, running, and triathlon. She brings her passion for fascia to guide you through 90minutes of self-care rolling techniques targeting areas “in knead” to aide performance, recovery, and facilitation of whole body well being.
