Do I need gloves?
-Boxing gloves are not required. We use hand weights so you can bring exercise gloves to help you grip the weights while exercising.
Is the class for all fitness levels? I don’t have kickboxing experience
-Yes this workout is for all fitness levels and this workout is not like anything you experienced before. Be ready for a REAL workout and real FUN!
