We are a fast-growing minimalist adventure sandal company based in Graton seeking new team members to join our sandal manufacturing line and shipping fulfillment. Learn more: www.EarthRunners.com/pages/About-Us Instagram: @earthrunners, @rewildbefree Sandal Manufacturing Duties: Makers and builders with experience of common tools (hammer, scissors, pliers, drill press, sanders, etc.) who derive satisfaction from flow oriented production work and are reliable, physically adept, exhibit consistent work ethic, and show pride in their work. Shipping Fulfillment Duties: Computer and hands-on duties including folding boxes, printing & sticking labels, packaging accessory items, boxing and bagging orders, assembling sandals, and processing returns. We assign job duties based on your interest, experience and strengths. Desired Co-worker Skills: • Respectful of maintaining team tempo • Communicative and conscientious team player • Self-managing: focused, organized and productive • Detail oriented in computer tasks and/or hands-on tasks • Shares understanding and willingness of daily/weekly goals • Executive functioning problem solvers with motivation to learn (is a plus!)
