As a leading supplier and installer of radiant heated floors in the San Francisco Bay area, we work with contractors in the high-end residential market. We focus on providing outstanding customer service, and have high-touch relationships with long-term clients and exceptional technical knowledge in both electric and hydronic heating. We are currently hiring for a hydronic heating installer to work with our team. Our installers work Monday - Thursday, for 10 hours starting at 6:30am, and have Fridays off. A typical day would begin with meeting the hydronics installation team at our warehouse in Novato, CA. After discussing your assignments with the team leads, you and your coworkers would take our trucks to one or more jobsites to install hydronic floors. You will be trained in the technical skills necessary to install hydronic heating. We are looking to hire someone with the following qualities: · clean driver’s license · experience with using power tools · construction site familiarity · ability to work in varied job-site conditions including navigating heights, tight spaces, and being outdoors · self-motivated, but also with a demonstrated ability to work well in a group · able to take direction well · comfortable with physical work (lifting, pulling pipe, stapling, drilling etc.) While not a prerequisite, special consideration will be given to applicants with plumbing experience and those who have the ability to speak both Spanish and English. The salary may include a bonus based on overall performance of the company.
