Maintenance Position Available. Full Time, Benefits Available, Housing (1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartment) included as part of Compensation. Compensation based on experience.
We are a 100 Unit apartment complex located in Walnut Creek in a very good school district.
Work not limited to but includes the ability to diagnose and complete work orders. Janitorial, gardening, turning over vacant apartments in a timely manner is part of the job. Experience with painting, some electric, plumbing and light carpentry is a must.
Person must have their own basic tools and pass a background check.
