POSITION TITLE: Warehouse & Procurement Manager POSITION SUMMARY: The Warehouse & Procurement Manager is responsible for leading efficient warehousing and procurement operations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: •Order inventory and supplies •Track and input all POs into accounting software •Follow up and resolve any discrepancies during the ordering process •Receive, document and maintain all incoming inventory and supplies with accuracy •Label, store and/or stage inventory equipment in appropriate locations •Track and maintain appropriate stock levels for all inventory and supplies •Set up/segregate inventory for specific installations and or service •Prepare, ship, track and receive all RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) •Maintain records of all outstanding RMAs with suppliers, with appropriate follow-up •Provide copies of all purchase orders and all item receipts to AP clerk •Ensure we are using appropriate vendors for all orders to minimize costs and avoid delays •Ensure accurate record of any transfer of inventory from stock to appropriate jobs •Maintain and review inventory list on computer software •Perform and coordinate bi-annual inventory counts and record data •Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Required: o High School diploma, GED or equivalent o Ability to lift up to 100 pounds Preferred: o 1-2 years’ experience as a Warehouse Manager PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is performed in a fast-paced warehouse setting with frequent interruptions. Employee is subject to weather extremes dependent on geographical location (heat, cold, sun, wind, rain, and snow). Duties may require standing and walking for long periods of time. Occasional need to drive a vehicle to other work locations.
