SIGNING BONUS - IMMEDIATE OPENINGS – APPLY NOW! Construction Laborers - Scaffold Builders / Siders / Carpenters for exterior siding company of commercial and large-scale residential projects primarily throughout Seattle, Bellevue, Bothell, Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville, Everett and SeaTac. Responsibilities, including but not limited to: scaffold set up/dismantle (multi-story structures), provide general construction labor and labor support to carpenters / siders including clean up. Installation of WRB, flashing, siding, and caulking. Must be able to carry and lift 50 lbs continuously (including lifting overhead), must be able to bend, crouch, twist, stand/walk for 8 hours, go up and down ladders, and work from scaffolding of multi-story buildings following all company and OSHA safety requirements in all weather conditions. Looking for hard-working, dependable/punctual, reliable team players that can follow directions with a willingness to learn and have reliable transportation to and from all jobsites. Employees will be required to show Covid-19 vaccination proof and provide a negative Covid-19 test upon hire from a stated approved testing facility. WSP Background check and drug test required upon hire. $1,000 Signing Bonus: Two $250 Bonuses (after 90 days/180 days), and one $500 Bonus at one year of employment!
