JOB DESCRIPTION Our company is the local office and part of the largest restoration company in the nation. We are adding to our commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning crews. We are hiring for crew member position which does NOT require experience, we train on the job. We are looking for individuals that could transition into a team leader The crew member position involves helping crew leader get each job done and involves all phases of the cleaning cycle from roof top exhaust fan to the kitchen hood. Each team usually clean 2-3 restaurants/ per night, primarily Monday-Thursday (approx 8pm-8am) with some Sundays mixed in COMMERCIAL CLEANER JOB BENEFITS: Entry level crew members should expect to earn up to $ 680 /wk starting, then $ 800 /wk when trained. Also, we offer $250 retention payment after 90 days (or 480 hrs minimum) We primarily work Monday through Thursday. Four Day Work week. Some 5 day weeks and out of town • it is at night • the job is fast paced (never watching the clock) • we reward and promote top performing employees • we drive company truck to each job so there is "windshield time" • we provide all job training • we provide additional benefits (health, paid time, performance bonus etc. COMMERCIAL CLEANER REQUIREMENTS: • Have a valid Driver's License and transportation. • Be able to pass drug screening, criminal and military base access background checks. • Be dependable; able to show up on time ready to work! • Be PHYSICALLY FIT; able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments, able to lift and carry 60 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet
