Current work includes: Removal of plywood boarding and replacement of broken glass (exterior and interior) Start-up and troubleshooting with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Starting the installation of the acoustic ceiling tile replacements Upcoming work in the next few weeks includes: Partial repainting of selected fire-damaged ceilings and walls Removal of existing damaged flooring Completion of troubleshooting building systems: HVAC, fire alarm, security, etc. Selection and procurement of replacement carpets and fabrics Selection and procurement of furnishings replacements (chairs, table bases, lounge furniture, etc.) More about this building project This press release was produced by the Hennepin County Library.
