QUINCY, MA — Snow emergency parking rules will be in place for Quincy residents Thursday night as a winter storm is set to hit the Bay State.

Town officials say residents should expect their cars to be towed if they are parked on an emergency artery during a declared emergency. Any vehicle impeding snow removal operations on any public street regardless of parking restrictions may be towed.
If you are concerned that you cannot park your car in your driveway, the Hancock Garage is available during a snow emergency.
