QUINCY, MA — Snow emergency parking rules will be in place for Quincy residents Thursday night as a winter storm is set to hit the Bay State. Starting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 24, snow emergency parking rules will go into effect. Residents may park on the odd-numbered side of non-emergency neighborhood streets. Any vehicle impeding snow removal operations on any public street regardless of parking restrictions may be towed.
