Mice with nice enclosure

I recently lost a hamster to old age, and restocked her cage with 5 female rescue feeder mice. They are sweet sweet girls but my apartment is just too small for their smell. I have tried everything and just can’t adjust. I have kept many cats, reptiles and rodents, and had NO idea that mice could be this smelly. Their cage is top-notch and they will make excellent companions for someone who is accustomed to mice musk or someone who has the space to let the cage smell disperse a little better.
