U.S. Lawns of Jackson, MS Crew Member/Landscaper URGENTLY HIRING!! Is your company taking a nap this winter and killing your work hours? If so, apply with U.S. Lawns of Jackson. Job Summary -Operate commercial lawn equipment to include mowers, weed eater, pruning equipment, backpack blowers and sprayers, and edgers. Position Overview: -Perform various landscape maintenance services such as mowing, trimming, edging walkways and curbs, property clean-ups, etc. for commercial properties. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Daily Lawn Maintenance • Daily mowing and trimming of commercial property/ lawns. • Daily edging of walkways and curbs, trash policing. • Seasonal pruning/trimming of trees, shrubs and landscape grasses. • Seasonal property clean-ups and leaf removals. • Use of hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruners, saws, hedge/brush trimmers. • Operate mowing equipment, such as commercial-size mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, edgers. Requirements: • Positive attitude and job performance in a team environment and on a crew of up to 5 people • Must have reliable transportation to and from work. • Possess and maintain a valid Driver License, if in a driving position. • Be able to work in a physically demanding environment outdoors. • Ability to lift 50lbs or more on a daily basis. • Ability to interact professionally with all customers and employees Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Occasional Saturdays
