WEST HAVEN, CT — Trash and recycling pickups in the 9th and 10th districts are suspended Friday because of expected snow, officials announced Thursday. Officials said the trash and recycling pickups in those districts will resume on Saturday morning. "Please put out all trash and recyclables Friday night for pickup Saturday," officials wrote in a post on Facebook. "Thank you for your cooperation."
