Join George Hincapie and all of our VIP guests for great food and amazing wine. The Whiskey Thief is a bar open to guests 21 and older only. No children are allowed in the bar. Hincapie Events, LLC has been promoting cycling events in the Southeast since 1994. Owned and operated by Rich and George Hincapie, past events include the Michelin Cycling Classic (later known as the Downtown Greenville Cycling Classic) and the Heritage Series.
