BATAVIA, IL — A 28-year-old Batavia man is facing two misdemeanor charges after police alleged he bragged to other customers at a downtown bar that he was carrying a loaded gun. Omar Chavez, 28, was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct after Batavia police were called Aug. 23 to Bulldog's Cellar Bar on East Wilson Street, according to a report by the Kane County Chronicle.
