TMS Assistant Direct Marketing Manager Marketing assistant manager is responsible for execution of tactical direct marketing campaigns across the nation, with an emphasis on flyer distribution, brand ambassadors, D2D sales canvassing and direct mailing projects. You will work with the founder and others to execute direct-response marketing campaigns for fortune 500 clientele. The successful jobholder will execute marketing plans within budget and according to agreed deadlines. Marketing Duties include: Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews with clients Generating business growth through various marketing techniques, increasing client retention, and offering additional products and services Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration Job Type: Full-time Pay structure: 1. Starting Salary: $700.00 per week, after 90 days increased to $1200.00 per week. 2. Sales Bonus Commission: 10% per new contract Required Work Experience • Strong attention to detail, quality assurance/control and process improvement Primary Responsibilities: • Schedule and plan meetings, conference calls, appointments, and events; coordinating. • Research and prepare information/documents for reports, proposals and presentations. • Managing marketing campaigns tactics and related processes and workflow. • Scheduling and taking costs on various marketing opportunities • Managing a process for creating customer for campaign and working with Sales to identify customers • Manage and maintain inventory of printed marketing materials and collaborating with your director • Collaborating with graphic designer in order to manage project monthly • Answering marketing calls and directing marketing team members How to be successful: • Ability to generate sales to exceed personal sales goals • Ability to work as a team in a sales presentation to overcome customers objections and close additional sales • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies 2022 Expansion Tactic: Building and forming new partnerships with nationwide printing companies, PR companies, Franchises and Digital Marketing companies.
