Come join us for our first "Lunch & Learn" of 2022. This session is designed to teach strategies for staying mentally healthy. Universal Dementia Caregivers is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating caregivers, families, and communities supporting loved ones with Alzheimer’s and other dementia-related diseases. UDC strives to offer real benefits to caregivers, especially those in need-based communities. We want to be a trusted resource helping caregivers manage the social, spiritual, emotional and practical needs of those suffering from the disease.
