Local contractor looking to hire the right person. Must be proficient in all trades. Must have own transportation, Reliable, good self presence, Trustworthy, personable, must have extensive knowledge of carpentry, tile, plumbing, electrical and most other basic home remodel needs. Will need to have references and resume. Pay will reflect knowledge of trades. $25-$40 hr
