Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (based on experience) Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Maintenance Manager to join our busy commercial real estate company based in Boulder, Colorado. Reporting to the CEO, this position will manage the quality of repairs undertaken across the Boulder/Longmont area You'll also be responsible for: Physical aspects of the properties (snow removal, leaking roofs, landscaping, remodeling) Scheduling contractors for work Manage contractors during and on completion of work. Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to an excellent standard To be successful in this role you will need: Previous experience in a property maintenance/repairs type role is essential A strong background in property repairs & building defect knowledge A passion for maintaining up to date knowledge and awareness of property maintenance services Ability to work under pressure Delivery and customer service focused Great organizational and decision-making skills Ability to take ownership and manage complaints through to completion Strong Outlook skills - email & phone are the main forms of communication in this role Valid Driver's License
