Insulation Installer Position Efficiency Revolution, LLC is hiring an Insulation Installer Technician. Experience with construction is preferred. This position is responsible for the safe installation of insulation in attics, walls, crawl spaces, and basements of existing, occupied homes. The work requires crawling and crouching. Our mission is to improve the energy efficiency and comfort of homes, and reduce the environmental impacts of energy-related pollution. Benefits for Full Time Employees: $22-30 per hour, depending on experience $500 bonus after 90 days. $1/hr bonus for every hour worked between June 1st and September 30th. Medical insurance: (50% paid) after 90 days, 100% after 1 year (employee only). 6 Paid Holidays after 90 days. Paid Time Off up to 5 days in the first year (accrues based on hours worked). REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years old. Must be vaccinated against covid-19 (at least the first shot, and must follow up with additional shots and boosters at intervals recommend by the CDC). Employees wear N95 or KN95 mask at all times when in customer's homes, and wear a respirator when sealing air leaks with foam. Must be able to pass a background check. Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Basic knowledge of how to use hand and power tools. Attic work experience is a plus. Must have good balance, and able to fit through small openings into attic spaces and crawl spaces Must be able to lift 32lb bags of insulation, and occasionally lift up to 100lbs No tattoos on face or neck Please apply if you are a hard worker with a great work ethic and attitude.
