Press release from the City of Elk Grove: November 04, 2020 The City of Elk Grove is seeking artwork proposals to beautify two utility boxes in the City. Artwork will be printed on a wrap and the wrap installed on utility boxes located at Elk Grove Blvd at Franklin Blvd (northwest corner) and Bruceville Blvd at Whitelock Pkwy (southwest corner). There is no theme for the artwork, but creativeness and cost of the artwork will be criteria for evaluating the proposals. Artists must be a resident of Sacramento County to be eligible. Proposals are due by Thursday, December 17 at 4pm. Late submissions will not be considered. More details about eligibility and evaluation criteria available in the Request for Proposal document.
