Studio / work space available near downtown Boulder. Beautiful location. The space is approximately 400 sq ft and includes a half bathroom and a lot of open floor space and consistent light through windows. This is the bottom floor of a carriage house. The top floor is occupied and the tenant has use of the washer and dryer in a closet of the studio space. The studio / workspace has a private entrance. Some of the floor space is used as this was my art studio and I am traveling through the end of the lease term. This includes some plants, a work table, a chair and an easel. The space requires someone professional, clean and quiet as the upstairs tenant works from home. Occupant has use of the studio during normal work hours Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, no exceptions. option for month to month or rent through end of July. $400 including utilities fiber optic internet is available to be split with tenant above.
