SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA — City officials and developers broke ground on a new construction project located in the Los Rios District of San Juan Capistrano, the city announced Thursday. Building construction for the River Street Marketplace project is expected to begin this spring, officials said. The project is located on the former Ito Nursery site in the Los Rios District of San Juan Capistrano. According to the city, the project will include a community-oriented outdoor shopping and dining center, a common area and agrarian-themed commercial and office buildings.
