Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 02/23/2022 4:00 AM 02/22/22 2022-0628/0629, Unlawful Possession of Firearm Ammunition/In-State Warrant: On 02/22/22 at 6:47 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Fernwood Road near Knollwood Drive in Oswego Township for a moving violation. During the investigation, the driver, Ryan P Scully, a 34-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Briarcliff Road in Montgomery, was found to be in possession of firearm ammunition without a Firearm Owner's Identification (FOID) card. Additionally, during the investigation, Scully was found to have a valid Kane County Warrant for Contempt of Court (bond set at $1,000 full cash). Scully was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 2022-0628/0629, Unlawful Possession of Firearm Ammunition/In-State Warrant: 2022-0630, Domestic Battery: On 02/22/22 at 8:11 p.m., deputies responded to a report of domestic battery in the 1000 block of Route 30 in Oswego Township. After investigation, Abraham Lozano, a 26-year-old male from the 600 block of River St in Aurora, was arrested for domestic battery and possession of a controlled substance. Lozano was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 2022-0632, In-State Warrant: On 02/22/22 at 8:11 p.m., deputies were investigating a domestic battery in the 1000 block of Route 30 in Oswego Township. Contact was made with Abraham Lozano, a 26-year-old male from the 600 block of River St in Aurora, who was wanted on a Kendall County failure to appear warrant for Retail Theft (no bond) and a Batavia PD failure to appear warrant for driving on a no valid driver's license. Bond on the warrant was set at $1,000 x 10%. Lozano was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 2022-0636. Criminal Damage to Property: On 02/22/22 at 6:39 p.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Heahtgate Road in Oswego Township for a report of a criminal damage to vehicle.
