Spring Remote Fitness Teams
Helping moms to move, be strong, be healthy and be sane is priority number one, especially now in fact. After all, we ARE Keep Moving Mama!!! With in person training programs temporarily suspended it's more important that ever to have a back up plan. Below are two teams created to help you do just that. As soon as possible we will get back to greeting each other with hugs. For now, let's greet each other with comments, sharing helpful information and with WHOOOHOOOO's from 6ft away. Remote teams start Monday April 6th!!!
