guinea pig for rehoming

I had gotten him given to by someone i knew. he came from a borderline neglect case, ive been feeding him and taking the best care of him that i am able to. i currently cannot keep him and he is up for rehoming. i am asking a small fee of 50$ just for the expenses needed to care for him at this time. he comes with a small cage and needs to be upgraded, the rest of the food i have with him and 2 water bottles.
