Press release from Dayton Public Schools: February 24, 2022 We are excited to announce the annual March Mania Attendance Competition will begin next week! In this competition, each school is striving to meet 95% attendance for the month of March. Each school that meets the goal will receive a reward provided by the principal.  The most improved elementary, middle and high school will also receive a reward.  Each week of March is a quarter in the district's basketball game.  Quarter 1: February 28-March 4 Quarter 2: March 7-11 Quarter 3: March 14-18 Quarter 4: March 28-April 1 After each quarter, PIO will celebrate progress on social media and newsletters. Schools will receive a designation each week based on their attendance rate. 95%+ attendance = All Star 91-94% attendance = MVP 85-90% attendance = Fast Breaker Good luck, students!
