Exterior maintenance of several large commercial complexes. It's a full-time position 8 hours/day Monday - Friday. The start time is as early as just after sunrise. Be able to be dispatched for things that come up during time on the clock. Regular daily duties include walking the building prior to the tenant's arrival. Unlock gates to the building, Pick up trash, Power blow parking areas and sidewalks, ask loiters to leave the property, report vandalism discovered, tidy up the dumpster areas and bathrooms, clean up any human waste that is found and sanitize the area. Figure out a routine to dust window ledges sweep spider webs, mop the exterior tile decks and stairwells. Must have a driver's license and transportation to be able to get to the Goleta complexes. The same type of duties will be required there as well. Please send information on your work experience, references and how to contact you. Also when you're available to start.
