Positions Available: Diagnostic Mechanic - Assess vehicles and/or machinery to accurately diagnose and repair issues. Facilitate equipment repairs in a safe and efficient manner. Source parts and maintain detailed logs of all repairs. Must work well with others. • Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately • Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade • Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality/longevity • Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use • Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks) • Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job • Keep logs on work and issues • Maintain equipment and tools in good condition Heavy Equipment Operator - A heavy equipment operator drives or controls construction equipment, including forklifts, backhoes, cargo trucks, trucks, loaders and skid steers. They operate this equipment to assist in the construction of structures, including: • Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures • Provide recommendations for maintaining and improving environmental performance • Load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers • Ensure company equipment, material, and the work site are maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner. Collect and dispose of scrap, excess materials, and refuse • Comply with company and OSHA Regulations • Read and understand grades and blueprints • Complete required paperwork, reporting, and other documentation Driver (Class A/B) - Responsible for loading goods from the shop/yard into your truck, transporting the load to the client’s location, and unloading the shipment when you arrive. Our drivers must always drive safely and be professional and courteous when talking with our customers. • Map delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries. • Pick-up loads, organize goods in the truck, and secure packages. • Ensure trailer hitch is properly and securely attached to tractor unit. • Transport pallet goods and packaged equipment from place of origin to assigned site. • Communicate effectively with coworkers • Maintain and service vehicle as needed (refuel, change oil, tire pressure, repairs, etc.) • Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs • Track and report working hours • Adhere to company rules and regulations • Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather/road conditions. • Must pass pre-employment screening and random drug and alcohol testing's. Construction Laborer - Responsible for various tasks to aid daily operations at a construction site. Their duties include loading and unloading tools or raw materials, assembling scaffolding or other pieces of equipment and digging or filling in pits throughout the construction process. Cleaning and preparing construction sites. • Loading and unloading materials and equipment • Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures • Digging trenches, compacting earth and backfilling holes • Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment • Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans • Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties
