rehearsal space/practice room available to rent

I am looking for one or two groups to share a practice room with my band and another musician at Studio 52 located at 138 Harvard Ave. Allston. The room is 11x12 ft. The following gear is stored in the room and open for use as a back-line: -drum kit with breakables -3 fifty watt Peavey tube combo guitar amps -1 one hundred fifty watt Warwick solid state combo bass amp -1 fifteen inch PA speaker with a mixer and 2 mics Since this is a small room I want people who are down to use the back-lined equipment without adding more large gear to the room. There is minimal storage available for small items only. The room is currently available Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, though there may be some flexibility to change the schedule. This is long-term monthly rental. Rent is $75 per how many days of the week you want to use the room. For instance, if you want to use the room 1 day a week then it's $75 per month, 2 days per week it's $150 per month, 3 days it's $225 per month, etc. If you are interested please respond with some information about yourself and who you would use the room with, your financial situation, your musical project, and anything else you would like me to know.
