We offer a great work environment, competitive pay and generous benefits. 2-Laborer positions: Great entry position to learn what we do and how we do it. 1-General Maintenance Technician: This is a Change-of-Occupancy Maintenance Technician position that duties include but are not limited to cleaning, painting, interior/exterior and maintenance, debris removal, plumbing, electrical work, smoke detector maintenance, relocation of furniture/fixtures, repair or replacement of lights, roofs, heating/air systems, appliances. 1-Painter: Routine painting of both interior and exterior homes. Drywall repair and texturing. 1-Cleaner: Ensuring that all cleaning functions in accordance with company standards.
