Description
Qualifications
1.Experience as an Assistant Superintendent, preferably in multi-family but not required
2.Experience of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, safety, methods, etc.)
3.Managements skills and ability to work productively with others and foster solid client relationships
4.Knowledge to identify, investigate and quantify project problems and corresponding alternatives and consequences
5.Ability to use construction management software such as Procore, Timberline, Bluebeam
Responsibilities
1.Candidate will work with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of projects
2. Assistant Project Superintendent for industrial projects, including warehouses, distribution centers, other “big box” facilities and/or commercial projects.
3.Perform all of project inspections and complete daily reports
4.Assist with project schedule, monitoring progress of work, and notifying Superintendent of changes.
5.Coordinate with City officials
