CLEANING/STOCKING WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

We are actively seeking someone to join our team as a lead cleaner/stocker. This is a full-time position Monday – Friday 9-5:30 (can be somewhat flexible on hours). Ideally you are someone with warehouse/showroom maintenance experience. Duties: • Cleaning of home furnishings and décor, including small fragile items up to large sofas • Assist with packing orders • Assist with go-backs and stocking returns • Generally, keep our showroom, offices, bathrooms, and breakroom clean and organized • Daily disposal of all trash around the warehouse/offices • Maintaining consistent morning and evening cleaning routines Skills: • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, methods, and tools/products • Can work well with a team but also, independently maintain productivity • Extremely detail oriented and organized • Conversational (not fluent) English is a must • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. • Must be comfortable on 8’ ladder Be prepared to discuss your expertise or experience with: • Knowledge of warehouse duties and practices • Experience in the care and maintenance of houseplants • Any experience working for a small business You may be the right fit if this sounds like you: Details and accuracy should matter greatly to you and going above and beyond when it comes to organization should come naturally. You have a flexible schedule and can be counted on to come in early/stay late when the days duties call for it (within reason and with OT). You are comfortable working with a small crew and wearing many hats. You are extremely organized and can think on your feet. You learn quickly and approach tasks with efficiency and forethought. You take pride in your work and thrive under pressure. You can take great care when handling and cleaning high end furniture pieces.
