TWIN CITIES, MN — Four congregate care facilities in Dakota County have been exposed to the new coronavirus, according to the Minnesota Department of Health. Officials say an exposure means at least one resident, staff member, or visiting service provider at the facility was exposed to COVID-19. Nearly 20 percent of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Minnesota are in long-term care and assisted living facilities.
