Looking to rent a space to start a music/video recording room. I want to be able to record bands every once in a while, practice music and leave the equipment set up and safe. I work full time and have a living space so this is just a studio for the production stuff. I have the equipment. I am just looking to rent out an affordable space. Don't need it to be pretty, just need it to be functionable. Maybe a storage unit, warehouse room, garage/shed, random extra rooms that allow for music every once in a while, or even set times?
