Tri Palm Estates is having their annual community yard sale on Saturday, Feb. 26, 7:30am to 3:30pm, located at the corners of Ramon & Monterey & Varner. Homeowners will be selling their wares on various streets throughout the park so look for the colored flags of red, green, blue, orange & dark purple. There is an address list of those having a sale and this list is available at the country club lobby, at the TPUOA office and on our bulletin boards. Good luck & have fun.
