Production Associate We are Signarama Manteca. We provide full service signage. As Production Associate, you'll produce, and install all types of high-quality signage and deliver exceptional customer experience. In this role, you’ll be working with our Design and Sales team to ensure customer vision for production comes to life. We are willing to train for this position, providing the candidate has good math and spelling skills Responsibilities • Design and create all types of signs- vinyl, digital, and various outside service products or components. • Mask, weed and apply vinyl to substrates • Must be able to use an X-Acto knife, tape measure, ruler, and production tools efficiently. • Properly load and operate a hot/cold pressure laminator following standard safety precautions. • Load and cut vinyl on a plotter. • Output digital print graphics. • Operate a vertical panel saw using standard safety procedures. • Operate a board trimmer, print trimmer, or other finishing equipment. • Maintain machinery in good working order. • Apply vehicle and window graphics. • Installations (indoor and outdoor) • Complete Signarama in-store training Physical Requirements • Able to lift and move minimum of 50 lbs. • Able to stand for long periods of time while producing products • Able to climb ladders and work on installations Requirements • Prior signage industry experience preferred • Must be computer knowledgeable and willing to learn to be proficient in various software programs. • Sufficient formal or informal education to assure the ability to use simple math (adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing whole numbers and fractions, as well as converting fractions to decimals). These skills should demonstrate ability to use tape measurer or ruler • Ability to proof items before printing, therefore strong spelling • Ability to take direction and follow customer requirements • Quick learner with aptitude to adapt to new concepts • Strong character and social skills The duties of this position may change from time to time.
