Freshly painted. Concrete flooring. The guitarist that rented it is going on tour. It's great for a music producer, techy person, gamer, photographer, etc. We've used it as a full scale photography studio but I'm a teacher and times are tough so I have to go back to work and can't play around in there anymore. Since its not a corporate artist space its okay if you sleep here, but it's not a living space for someone high maintenance. Could be fine for someone dedicated to their work and looking to save some money while working hard on their craft. Looking for someone who has their head on their shoulders as they would say, responsible, who minds their business, pays on time, doesn't bring any drama or parties around, cleans up, and all around regular stuff.
