Facility/Housekeeping Technician Full-Time Monday-Friday JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintenance for the common areas of an outdoor lifestyle shopping center in Lincoln, NE, which may include landscaping, painting, power-washing, light bulb replacements, leaf blowing, trash removal, assisting with some housekeeping items, and other minor repairs needed as assigned by Supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma, or GED equivalent. LANGUAGE & COMMUNICATION: Effective oral communication skills.
