Responsibilities: Responsible for applying the correct amount of product to each acre and in a manner consistent with the product label Requires mixing, loading, and the application of pesticides/fertilizers Perform daily vehicle inspections Establish daily acres application expectations while consistently managing machine capabilities, operator experience, field sizes, and terrain Maintain the facility and repair equipment in a safe and dependable operating condition, which enhances operation efficiency and product quality Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High School diploma or experience in vocational agricultural or a combination of education and work experience preferred Mechanical aptitude Commercial Applicator License preferred CDL preferred but not required Able to work weekends and overtime Nutrien attracts and retains outstanding employees by motivating and rewarding them for their accomplishments.
