Kempf Construction is expanding and looking for new team members to join our company to perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties. We currently have interior and exterior cleaning positions available. Duties for interior cleaning will include vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting. window cleaning and other new construction/residential cleaning duties. Exterior clean up duties include removal of new construction debris from designated dumpster and curbsides of homes. Removal and hauling of wood and other debris. Must be physically fit with the ability to lift 50 pounds above head. Pressure washing of exterior of homes. Attention to details and a positive attitude is a must. The right person is punctual, thorough but fast, and eager to learn. No experience required. Our Exterior clean up would be the perfect job for someone looking to get into the construction field or someone starting in the work force. Cleaning Requirements and qualifications *Ability to follow verbal and written directions *Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team *Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties *Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills *Pay attention to details when cleaning *Organized and able to follow a schedule *Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time, physically able to push a vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time (interior cleaners), and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. *General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies and techniques for cleaning *Valid Driver’s license *Ability to clean windows on a ladder-up to two stories (interior cleaning)
