RTC Restoration & Renovation, a 24 hour emergency service company specializing in restoration for water, fire and mold damage has an immediate need for a Lead Restoration Technicians. Responsibilities and Duties Onsite supervision of water mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke mitigation projects Delegates laborers/technicians with jobsite duties such as, demolition, equipment set up, and cleaning while maintaining lead tech job responsibilities Utilize PSA, MICA, helps set equipment, monitors and takes photos to document job details Maintains communication regarding time-tables, work progression, and unexpected situations with customers Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions and suggesting improved methods and techniques Performs assigned work in a timely manner and meet deadlines and expectations Maintains open communication and develops a professional relationship with adjusters, sub-contractors and other business partners Keeps mitigation vehicle stocked with equipment and consumables, cleaned on a daily basis and serviced as needed Ensures equipment is cleaned and operating properly Ensures that work areas are clean and organized at all times Maintains a safe work environment at all times Work on-call 1 week per month and during storm surges Qualifications and Skills Must have at least 1-year experience as a restoration technician IICRC certifications- WRT, ASD and or AMRT is a plus Prefer candidate to be proficient in MICA and or other moisture mapping software Must have ability to sketch rooms and provide accurate scopes for PM or Estimator Must have the ability to communicate with others in a verbal and written manner Must have the ability to understand and follow directions Must be capable of lifting and carrying weight/heavy objects up to 75 lbs without assistance Must have valid drivers license Must be able to pass a full background check What RTC Offers: Industry leading compensation and overtime Scheduled on-call 1 week per month Paid Time Off Aflac supplemental insurance Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Principals only.
